We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager for our clients' main dealer site in theBarnsley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Assistant Aftersales Manager looking to progress and working for an excellent company.
Assistant Aftersales Manager duties:
- Helping run the Aftersales aspect of the dealership you will be responsible for Service, Parts & Workshop.
- Managing the team making sure all departments are working to targets daily and following company processes.
- From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
- Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while making sure the team are engaged and delivering on key targets.
- Liaising directly with the Senior Team
- Ideally have experience as in Aftersales though happy to look at someone working in Service. Must have at least 1 years experience within the motortrade.
