- Producing management accounts and submitting packs for review
- Owning the P&L and keeping a close eye on margins
- Looking after the ledgers (with a bit of credit control support)
- Running the budgeting and forecasting models (already in place)
The finance team is a manageable size. Just one Accounts Assistant. You'll take the lead on their daily workload as well. You'll also work with other business stakeholders (sales, purchasing etc), ensuring commercial viability to any financial decisions being made. Industry background isn't important.
