£12.50 PER HOUR

People solutions are looking for a Line Leader to join our family run client based in Barnsley.

The role involves the supervision of our bread production shift.

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Shift Times

The shift start times are:

• Sunday 6am - 2pm
• Monday 10am - 6pm
• Tuesday 10am - 6pm
• Wednesday 10am - 6pm
• Thursday 11am - 7pm

Day to Day duties

• Motivate your team to produce quality products
• Maintain a high level of production standards
• Meet production efficiency targets
• Following strict health and safety
• Assist with production, mixing bread doughs, using machinery to produce the products and proving of bread and baking

Essential Skills

As a Line Leader it is essential to have the following skills:

• Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge and experience working with food production machinery
• Great people management skills and production knowledge

Desirable Experience

• Food experience is an advantage

Training

• Full training will be provided by the company
