Key Responsibilities

Care Delivery: Provide and supervise personal care to residents, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
Team Leadership: Support, guide, and supervise care staff during shifts, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring continuity of care.
Medication: Administer medication safely and in line with policies and procedures (subject to training and competency).
Communication: Maintain clear and accurate records, including care plans, handovers, and incident reports.

Working Conditions

Shifts include weekends, bank holidays, and occasional cover for sickness/leave.
Role involves physical activity including assisting with mobility and personal care.
Uniform provided.
