Description
- Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices within the healthcare industry.
- Support recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems for the department.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
- Advise on performance management and appraisal processes.
- Deliver guidance on absence management and employee well-being initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- A solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A professional qualification in human resources or a related field (CIPD preferred).
Job Offer
