A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Barnsley. This is a great opportunity to take on a broad and interesting caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The role will involve:
- Handling and drafting commercial leases
- Managing sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural land
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters
- Advising on secured lending, planning issues and ancillary documents
- Supporting residential development work for small to medium-sized projects
- Preparing contract packs and investigating title
- Dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring compliance
