Role: Wills & Probate LawyerSalary: £30,000 to £50,000Location: BarnsleyContract: Full-Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities.
- Enhance and expand the firm's Wills, Trusts, and Probate offering within the department.
- Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and trust matters independently.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and targets while aligning with the commercial objectives of the firm.
- Produce fee income in line with established targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in law and practice within your area of expertise.
- Maintain and enhance legal skills to ensure best practice and high-quality service delivery.
- Exercise financial control, including cash flow management, billing procedures, and collection of monies on account.
- Perform fee-earning work accurately and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
- Flexibility to take on additional duties as required by the firm, which may include supporting other offices or client locations.
