We are working with a business who has been in trade for 60 years. They come with an excellent reputation and are engaged on a number of design, installation, maintenance and break down services across the North of England and focus on commercial Refrigeration, Air conditioning, and Ventilation disciplines.
They have gone from success to success in the Northeast and due to the growth, they now require a highly skilled Refrigeration Engineer with high personal values for the following role.
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer at both our branches (Teesside and Goldthorpe – South Yorkshire). Every day is different, you will be working in Convenience Stores, the Food/Drinks industry, Commercial offices, Prisons, Schools, Heavy Industry sites and much more.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced refrigeration & air conditioning engineer, with a minimum Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 (FGas)
- An individual who has previously worked on a variety of Refrigeration Systems, Fridge, Freezers, Display Cabinets, Cold-rooms, Chillers
- Air-conditioning experience on Split A/C Systems also VRV, AHU
- Mechanical and Electrical Skills.
- Clean driving licence.
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
Role Responsibilities
- Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and repairs.
- Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance.
- Complete all documents associated with reactive & planned preventative maintenance works.
- Liaise closely with the client (commercial clients) to maintain excellent customer relations.
- Work in a safe and controlled manor following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements.
