TS Recruitment is proudly partnering with a well-established construction company based in Barnsley to recruit a Commercial Administrator / Estimating Administrator. This role supports the commercial and estimating teams, playing a key part in the tendering and subcontractor engagement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track tender enquiries, set up tender files, and download relevant documents
  • Liaise closely with the Estimating team, passing on project information and enquiries
  • Prepare and send work packages to subcontractors
  • Respond to subcontractor queries and ensure timely submission of quotes
  • Assist in cost comparison analysis
  • Provide general administrative support to the estimating department

  • Background in construction administration, ideally within a commercial team
