Your Role:As an SEMH Specialist, you will:? Design bespoke, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.? Provide nurturing, trauma-sensitive support to foster emotional and academic growth.? Encourage positive behaviour and social skills in 1:1 or small-group settings.? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.
We Need You If You Have:? QTS/QTLS certification + 2+ years' teaching experience (SEMH/SEND preferred).? Proven ability to support students with SEMH, complex needs, or challenging behaviours.? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) + up-to-date safeguarding training.? Right to work in the UK + two professional references.
