Production Line Leader

Collaborating with major foodservice brands, food manufacturers, and recipe kit providers, they bring high-quality, trend-driven ingredients to the table.

Production Line LeaderKey Responsibilities:

  • Operate food production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Complete daily safety and quality checks.
  • Follow the daily production sheet and run order.
  • Carry out CCP (Critical Control Point), metal detection, and label checks.
  • Ensure full traceability of products and accurate tagging.
  • Record and report downtime, issues, and product non-conformances.
  • Assist with machine changeovers and ensure materials are ready in advance.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness (GMP standards) in the work area.
  • Complete all required paperwork to company standards.
  • Support training and buddying of new staff.
  • Be flexible to work across different areas as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Production Line LeaderPersons Specifications

  • Previous experience in food production (ideally chilled or FMCG environment).
  • Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety (HACCP knowledge desirable).
  • Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality standards.

Production Line LeaderBenefits/Hours:

  • Days: £14.54 per hour (35 hours) | Overtime: £18.18 per hour
  • Nights: £15.34 per hour (35 hours) | Overtime: £19.18 per hour
  • Days: 6am–2pm | 6am-4pm | 5am-3pm | 4 on 2 off | 4 out of 7
  • Nights: 7pm–5am | 8pm-6am | 4 out of 7 days
