Our client is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team in Property Services.

You will have good organisational skills with a good attention to detail. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative. You should have good IT skills including excel, word, and knowledge of SAP or a similar purchase to pay system.

You will need to be open to change and new ideas, and be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Data input of requisitions
  • Goods receipting
  • Liaising with Staff, Managers, Stores and Suppliers
  • Electronic Filing
  • Updating Spreadsheets

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with people on all levels, including internal and external customers, suppliers, and managers
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service

Working Arrangements: Full Time - Office BasedHours of Work: 37 hours a week - Core Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00
