We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our professional team, specialising in Engineering and Industrial placements across an A–Z desk. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter looking to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Role-
End-to-end management of the recruitment process

Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

Delivering consistent results through proactive business development

Driving growth within the Engineering and Industrial sectors

Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (Engineering/Industrial preferred)

Demonstrable track record of consistent billings

Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and target-driven
- Sales focused and target driven.

Competitive salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

Excellent commission scheme with uncapped earning potential

Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm working hours
