Your experience and dedication will be appreciated here, where youll manage and coach an enthusiastic Sales Office team to support our field sales teams nationally. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales office team including employee appraisals, recruitment and ensuring that the team meet objectives against individual KPIs.
  • To act as role model to sale office staff, demonstrating behaviours that support sales growth & encourage high levels of customer service.
  • To ensure the internal sales team have adequate training & knowledge to confidently service the requirements of customers in a professional & courteous manner.
  • Understanding the characteristics of the product range in order to effectively support the sales team with this information.
  • To ensure that the on-boarding of new business is managed effectively & without issue.
  • To deal with customer issues/internal queries as a point of escalation should elevated ownership and decision making prove necessary.
  • To drive performance for promotional sales activity, ensuring that the team deliver the results required against target.
  • To monitor the team activity and performance, ensuring business processes are being adhered to & prospective sales opportunities are maximised.
  • To perform any additional duties required to support the business needs.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience of managing a sales office team.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to engage and inspire the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Good commercial judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution.
  • IT skills in particular Microsoft Office and CRM software.
