What You Will Do:- Utilise specialised approaches to support individual learning and social needs of children with autism.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the school’s SEN strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss their child’s progress.
- Implement behavioural strategies that align with our ethos of understanding and patience.
- Individuals with a deep passion for education and a special focus on special educational needs.
- Experience in similar SEN roles or positions where your skills are transferable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Required DBS check or the commitment to process one.
