Maintenance Manager

REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a niche metals company with a emphasis on sustainability and quality

We are looking for experienced Engineering and Maintenance Managers looking for a move into the exciting and challenging world of a leading metals company. Working in our Barnsley site, you will be play an integral role in the running of the site's Engineering and Maintenance team to ensure that the plant and equipment is maintained to achieve the site's operational objectives. Your qualifications

• Min NVQ Level 3 or HNC or HND -Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferable
• NEBOSH General Certificate or similar is preferable
• IT literate, specifically with Microsoft Office
• Extensive experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems
• Extensive experience of preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance techniques
• Exceptional organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to interpret and analyse complex documents e.g. electrical schematics
• Strong numeracy skills
