Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 per annum + bonus (OTE £35k)
Location: Barnstaple

Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join their Sales Team based in Barnstaple, North Devon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an active and well established business local to North Devon, who offer opportunities for UK and European travel to meet with suppliers and customers.

As well as a high emphasis on sales and increasing client spend, a large element of the role is also Account Management and Customer Service, ensuring customers receive the best service possible.


Job Role:

Focus on the sales of products to network of customers within the construction, maintenance and retail industries.

* Constantly driving new business opportunities
* Increasing client spend through upselling
* Ensuring customers receive the best possible customer service
* Working as a team to achieve targets and grow the company
* Telesales and face to face meetings with both current and new clients and suppliers


Essential Experience:

* Hunger and drive to succeed and win new business
* Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of developing and managing customer accounts
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* The ability to build rapport and genuine relationships with clients
* Excellent organisation skills
* Enthusiastic, motivated and determined


Desirable Experience:

* Previous employment within a Sales / Account Management role
* Working within a targeted B2B sales roles
* Technical Sales
