About the Role:
AsHead Chef, you will lead a brigade of around 10, inspiring and coaching your team to deliver exceptional dishes and consistent quality. This role offers the freedom to bring your own creativity, develop new menus, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and profitably. Youll work closely with the management team but have the independence to make the kitchen your own.

- A strong track record of leading, coaching, and motivating kitchen teams
- Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or event catering environments
- A flair for fresh, innovative menus and a passion for seasonal produce
- The ability to balance creativity with strong kitchen management and cost control
