- Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets
- Handle tender processes and contract negotiations
- Administer contracts and manage subcontractor payments
- Monitor project variations, risk, and financial reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure commercial alignment
- Experience within a main contractor
- Ideally qualified to degree or HNC level in Construction or Quantity Surveying or working towards
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Fully IT literate and numeric
- Keen to continue professional development and career progression
- Relevant driving licence
