Reed Business Support is working in partnership with our long-standing and highly prestigious client, based in Barrow-in-Furness to recruit for a Part Time Administrator.

The role is 16.5 hours a week, with the days/hours being flexible depending on the candidate.

Salary £22,270 pro rated

The role requires the successful candidate to be a personable team player with excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for accuracy. You will be able to use your own initiative, have great communications skills and be willing to work effectively as part of a team.

This role will involve:

  • Using in house software to process payments
  • Processing administration in line with the businesses targets
  • Printing and / or emailing of correspondence relevant to the administrative processing
  • Reconciliation of cheques and cash
  • Preparation of cheques and cash for banking
  • Processing card payments
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone to help resolve queries and take payments

A methodical approach to work, excellent organisation, and attention to detail will aid you in excelling in this position.
