Update commentary on relevant slides for Weekly Delivery Review.
Lead and co-ordinate the change control process to ensure change is governed effectively.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to inform what actions need to be taken to improve baseline delivery.
Co-ordinate the impact assessments of emergent work (rework, VOIDs etc.) on the schedule and update the Project manager with the results.
Attend Blocked Review to provide updates on issues to drive enablement.
