- At least 5 years of commercial and contractual management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK MOD and US DOD contracting processes (including DEFCON, FAR/DFAR)
- Skilled in pricing, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
- Ability to influence across all levels of the business and work cross-functionally
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams and drive performance
- Leading commercial activity across multiple programmes and contracts
- Advising on contractual, legal, and commercial matters to support strategic decisions
- Managing and developing a high-performing Commercial team
- Supporting bids, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing supplier/customer relationships
- Driving compliance and risk mitigation while maximising business success
