You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that human capabilities and limitations are considered throughout the engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Human Factors Integration (HFI) across project phases
  • Contribute to task analysis, workload assessments, and usability reviews
  • Ensure compliance with defence standards and safety requirements
  • Work closely with engineering and safety teams to influence system design
Requirements:
  • Background in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or similar
  • Experience in defence, nuclear, or other safety-critical environments
  • Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g. Def Stan 00-250)
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
