- Lead risk and project control processes across work packages or small projects
- Maintain and manage risk registers and mitigation strategies
- Support planning, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting
- Apply appropriate delivery methods (waterfall or agile)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform project decisions
- Contribute to improving project controls practices
- Proven experience in project risk management and controls
- Strong understanding of PM tools and governance frameworks
- Familiar with IBRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and guide junior team members
