  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams delivering engineering governance and assurance
  • Maintain and improve operational frameworks, codes of practice, and audit schedules
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external engineering and quality standards
  • Support inspections, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote process standardisation, cultural change, and risk-based governance
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing engineering & quality governance in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication across disciplines
  • Understanding of LCM, ISO 9001/45001, IEC 61508, and Defence Standards
  • Experienced with SharePoint, Teamcenter, Jira, and RCA techniques
  • Analytical mindset with process improvement focus
