  • Provide expert guidance on quality standards, particularly ISO 9001 and EN9100.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc inspections at UK and international supplier locations.
  • Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as Fishbone, 5 Whys, and Six Sigma.
  • Interpret technical specifications, quality procedures, and contract requirements.
  • Assess quality performance in line with production and delivery schedules.
  • Engage effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers to maintain quality assurance.
Essential Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
  • PCN Level 2 (minimum) in NDT (Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, or Radiography) in accordance with BS EN ISO 9712
  • ICorr or NACE Level 2 certification
  • CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2
Additional valuable qualifications include:
  • Auditor certification to ISO 9001:2015 or AS 9100
  • Experience in operational frameworks, assurance processes, and product safety compliance
  • Knowledge of international export controls (e.g., ITAR)
  • Strong stakeholder and action management skills
