Duration: 6 Months

Rate: 74.26 per hour umbrella (Inside IR35)

Overview:

The day to day will involve; providing reports for various parts of the business, NC governance, upward and outward reporting (i.e sector or corporate board) Answering adhoc data queries. Helping deliver improvements to the qualities and efficiency of said reports. A month to month budget for the whole function. People management - timesheet/attendance etc.

Key Deliverables:

  • Accountable for the budget, performance and results of the team.
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed based on own knowledge of Project Management. (GG13 may formulate policies and procedures with in your own area) (GG14 would be expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resource and policy formulation).
  • Adapts and develops own project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. (GG14 would develop own project and wider plans, including business, production, operational and/or organisational priorities).
  • Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions.

Key Skills/Experience:

Looking for someone who is used to managing teams. Competent leader of people. Must be organised and can work to time critical fixed deadlines. Must be able to respond to adhoc requirements. Being able to manage a structured programme against the known deliverables. Also require agility/adaptability.

Open minded to the industries the candidate is coming back on. Good personal skills essential for the role. The real skills are managing the people and priorities.

Microsoft Office suite.

Ideally 5 years experience of Management.
