Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is central to the smooth running of the office and will be responsible for front-of-house duties as well as providing vital administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Administration:

Provide general administrative support to departments including data entry, filing, and document management.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Order office supplies and maintain stock levels.

Assist with invoice processing, petty cash, and basic financial admin.

Support with onboarding new starters and HR-related documentation when needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
