Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is central to the smooth running of the office and will be responsible for front-of-house duties as well as providing vital administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-of-House:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to departments including data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Order office supplies and maintain stock levels.

  • Assist with invoice processing, petty cash, and basic financial admin.

  • Support with onboarding new starters and HR-related documentation when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • High level of attention to detail and organisation.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
