The Role:
As the new Accounts Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our finance department, taking ownership of a variety of transactional finance tasks, including:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Managing supplier and customer accounts
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Assisting with payment runs and cash flow reporting
- Supporting month-end procedures and liaising with internal teams
What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who's confident, accurate, and proactive, with experience in all areas of transactional finance. You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar finance/accounts role
- A good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel and finance system skills
- Great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- A can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
