What you will do as the Production Manager:

You will take full ownership of production and final test. Your primary focus will be to lead, motivate, and develop a close-knit team of skilled technicians and apprentices. This hands-on role involves managing the day-to-day workflow, prioritising jobs, and ensuring high-complexity products are built to an exceptional standard.

Perfect for you if you have:

  • Experience in an electronics assembly environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills including creating training plans, managing return to work interviews and appraisals.
  • The willingness and ability to be hands on if necessary.
