What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn the mortgage process inside-out while working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Build relationships with financial advisers, brokers, and clients
- Proactively generate and manage new business opportunities
- Support mortgage cases through to application
- Gain practical knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
- Work towards becoming a CeMAP-qualified advisor — fully funded
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (call centre, retail, telesales, etc.)
- A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Naturally driven with a strong work ethic
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs and MS Office
