We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Barry and the surrounding areas. This is a flexible position, ideal for those who want to manage their own schedule - whether you'd like to work 3 days one week and 5 the next, the choice is entirely yours.

  • Experience working in a Primary School setting, or with children of primary age in another capacity (e.g. youth work, childcare, tutoring).

  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
