Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in St Athan.
Shift:(Apply online only)
Pattern: Monday to Friday
PAYE pay rate: £13.25/hr
Your Time at Work
Role will include:
- Daily briefing/debriefing of drivers
- Data input and reporting
- Update daily and weekly KPI trackers
- Update inbound/outbound trackers
- Produce daily run sheets
- Assist with weekly planning
- Tracking of vehicles using telematic systems
- Promote DHL Safety culture
- Handle inbound calls from customer and external stakeholders
- Produce outbound EU Returns documentation
- Other general admin duties as required.
Our Perfect Worker
- Confident and capable communicator.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Attention to detail with good time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience in a transport office.
