About the Role:
- One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their onsite maintenance team in Barton
- This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure that all heating and air conditioning equipment receives regular maintenance to meetservice level agreements and expectations.
- Ensure that water systems and evaporative cooling systems are maintained in accordance with L8 and company standards.
- Make sure that plant flaws and defects are promptly fixed to keep the plant in operational condition at all times.
- To perform reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance on other site plants as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 Mechanical or C&G Plumbing and Heating)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Salary could reach up to 50,000 with Overtime Availability & On Call
