Assisting with new business applicationsSupporting other projects and initiatives, including:Acquisitions and disposalBusiness transfers and group re-organisationsPreparation of dividend proposals for Board approvalOther duties:Completing financial due diligence credit checks on prospective new clients and suppliersWhat you will bring to the role:A recognised professional accountancy qualificationGood technical knowledge of UK GAAP requirements FRS 102 and FRS 101.UK statutory accounts preparation experienceGeneral knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements applicable to UK financial services businessesExperience of using accounts production softwareExperience of a large general ledger systemAdvanced Excel skills Basic Word skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of working in a regulated environmentExperience of working for a company with a US parentPrevious auditing experiencePrevious Caseware experiencePrevious Workday Financials experience desirable
