The Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. You’ll work closely with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and clients receive top-level service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email

  • Accurately raise quotes and sales orders using internal systems

  • Maintain and update customer records and order history in the CRM

  • Liaise with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, accounts) to coordinate order fulfilment

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Follow up on quotes and outstanding enquiries to convert into confirmed orders

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an internal sales or sales support/admin role

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High attention to detail and good organisational ability

  • Confident working independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Salesforce, etc.)
