NonStop Consulting is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency in Essex in order to help them recruit for an Advanced Practitioner who can join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Advanced Practitioner:

They are looking for an Advanced Practitioner who will hold a small caseload of 4 foster families and who will support 3 Supervising Social Workers with their day-to-day tasks.

In this role, you will not be doing Form Fs, no duty, no initial visits - just supervision to the existing carers + provide support and supervision to 3 SSWs.

Requirements:

  • you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner
  • you have experience in fostering
  • you drive
