We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineerto join our team. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with aerospace standards and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Workinghours: Monday -Thursday 08:00 - 17:00(half an hour unpaid lunch) Friday 0730 - 12:30

Salary: 40-45k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer rejections, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and manage corrective actions for audit findings and quality issues.
  • Handle internal non-conformance reports and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce defects.

Skills:

  • Engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9102).
  • Experience in auditing and root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
