We are seeking a Technical Reporting and Development Analyst to join the Sales Planning & Administration team.

This role is integral to the business, providing high-quality reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating, interpreting, and presenting complex data, ensuring key stakeholders receive accurate and timely insights.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor, evaluate, and analyze sales performance, delivering clear, data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with senior management, marketing teams, and dealers to support business objectives.

Forecasting & Planning: Manage the weekly Car & CV Forecast process, ensuring alignment across teams.

Process Management:

Oversee and optimize reporting processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Presentation & Communication:

Prepare high-quality reports and presentations, effectively translating data into actionable insights.

Compliance & Accuracy:

Ensure all reports and processes meet industry standards and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach, preferably within the automotive sector.

Strong communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in Excel /Macros

A customer-focused mindset, ensuring stakeholders’ reporting needs are met efficiently.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A-Level education (or higher) - a university degree is desirable but not essential.
