Our client, a leading and well-established Wealth & Investment Management firm, is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support the integration of a newly acquired investment business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the initial discovery and review phase, helping to assess the client base, operational processes, and portfolio structures of the acquired firm. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this person will help lay the groundwork for a smooth transition into the client's existing systems and service model.

The role will require an initial presence onsite in Sittingbourne for 3-5 days per week over the first month or two to assist with discovery and transition activities. Thereafter, the position will be fully based onsite in the firm's Basildon office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting a structured review of the acquired firm's clients, processes and investment portfolios
  • Mapping current-state operations and identifying areas for integration and improvement
  • Supporting documentation, process analysis, and gap assessments
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure a compliant and efficient migration

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an operations role within wealth or investment management
  • Solid understanding of portfolio structures, client service models and operational workflows
  • Exposure to business integration, M&A or transition projects is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
