About the Role:

• Supervising classes across different subjects and year groups
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
• Supporting the delivery of lesson plans provided by teaching staff (where applicable)
• Managing student behaviour and maintaining order during lessons
• Building positive relationships with students and staff

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident, approachable, and well-organized
• Enthusiastic about working with young people
• Reliable with a professional attitude
• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential
• Flexibility to work on a supply basis across various schools in Essex
