EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a maintenance contractor based in Essex for one Multi-Trader and one Carpenter. You will be provided with a work van, fuel card, tools to service their contracts predominantly London and Essex, with some works being based in areas of Kent. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30, with overtime available.

You will be undertaking maintenance in domestic properties (some within social housing) such as kitchen / bathroom refurbs, carpentry repairs, damp and mould.As well as repairing / fitting fire doors, soexperience with fire doors is essential.

Requirements:

Experienced within fire doors maintenance / fitting is essential
Proven track record of maintenance / refurbishment of kitchens andbathrooms
Trade qualification is desirable
UK Driving License
