As a Relief Chef you'll be part of a caring, professional care home environment, preparing nutritious meals and snacks for hospice patients. You'll be responsible for:

• Planning and cooking healthy, balanced meals and snacks.
• Following the hospice menus that meet the residents dietary requirements.
• Catering for allergies, special diets, and cultural preferences.
• Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

• Experience working as a Relief Chef or Cook (Care home/hospice experience is a bonus).
• Hold an Enhanced Adult DBS (current or on the update service).
• Possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Food Allergen Certificate.
• Are reliable, organised, and passionate about cooking nutritious meals for patients.
