Adore Recruitment are working with a leading name in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, who are looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing UK Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with freight forwarding experience to take on a territory that includes Oxford, Reading, Guildford, South West Essex, Kent and Greater London. The role will be home-based with regular travel across the region and occasional office visits (Basildon or Heathrow).

The Role:
* Drive sales across multimodal freight and customs solutions
* Build and manage strong client relationships
* Identify, scope, and develop new business opportunities
* Represent the company with professionalism and credibility
* Track and manage pipelines through CRM, ensuring follow-up with prospects
* Work with suppliers and overseas agents to deliver seamless service

Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within the freight forwarding industry
* Good knowledge of import/export multimodal operations
* Proven track record of winning and growing accounts
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Strong IT and CRM skills (MS Excel essential)
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* **Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential**

* Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
