Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues, offering guidance to team members.
- Coordinate staff leave requests to maintain adequate coverage, including handling unexpected absences.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and manage performance improvement plans.
- Coach and train employees to support their professional growth.
- Monitor workload to ensure all departments are running smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing and new policies and comply with country-specific requirements.
- Prepare month-end reports for senior management, highlighting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales growth.
- Manage and oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws and regulations, including customs and trade compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on export procedures and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on export activities, sales performance, and market analysis for senior management.
Experience:
- Proven experience in export management and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using export management software and tools.
