The Role
As a Residential Building Surveyor, working to RICS standards, you’ll carry out Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems. You’ll enjoy full autonomy while benefiting from:

What You’ll Need
- Membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB, RPSA, or SAVA, or at least 1 year of proven experience in producing Level 2 & 3 Building Survey ReportsÂ
- A strong commitment to professional standards and client care
- A Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Earnings & Incentives
- Starting Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
