Customer Support Manager

Customer Support Manager Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily container requirements and maintain accurate inbound schedules across storage locations
- Manage booking systems to align container arrivals with operational capacity and warehouse planning
- Communicate clearly with warehouses regarding vehicle slots, inbound deliveries, and stock movements
- Process purchase orders and ensure inbound stock is accurately recorded and reported
- Act as the main customer contact for enquiries, delivery updates, and service information
- Work with external storage sites and logistics partners to manage documentation, packing lists, and stock transfers
- Support internal teams by resolving service issues promptly and completing all administrative duties to a high standard
