The company:
Based in South Essex, you will be joining a well-known manufacturing company.
Due to continuous expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced CNC Miller with ideally Programming, Setting & Operating experience to join and be part of their manufacturing workshop team.

The successful candidate will be able to programme, set & operate with some programming experience using CNC Mills, setting and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control system.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Setting & Operating from using Heidehain control system
- Tooling selection, setter and operation of machinery.
- Working to precise engineering drawings
- Involved in producing small batch work and one-offs.
- Working to health and safety procedures
This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment-Automotive, Aerospace-is desirable.
- Experience of Programming & Setting CMC mills using Heidenhain control systems.
- Able to set and operate CNC Machinery
- Hypermill experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and work to engineering drawings.
