Are you a skilled CNC Turner with a passion for precision and quality?
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Turner to join our clients dynamic team in Basildon, a leading manufacturer in the automotive/ aerospace sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes (Fanuc/Siemens/Mazatrol - depending on your equipment)

Working from engineering drawings to produce precision components

Performing quality checks and maintaining tight tolerances
-
Assisting with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Ensuring machine upkeep and daily maintenance routines
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with CNC control systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexible, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
