Are you a skilled CNC Turner with a passion for precision and quality?

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Turner to join our clients dynamic team in Basildon, a leading manufacturer in the automotive/ aerospace sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes (Fanuc/Siemens/Mazatrol - depending on your equipment)

  • Working from engineering drawings to produce precision components

  • Performing quality checks and maintaining tight tolerances

  • Assisting with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

  • Ensuring machine upkeep and daily maintenance routines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering environment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Experience with CNC control systems

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
